About

Charlotte Morris has designed period, fantasy, and contemporary costumes for many critically acclaimed projects. As a Costume Designer, her first production was PLAYTONE & HBO’s award-winning feature, STARTER FOR 10, set in the 1980s with James McAvoy, Benedict Cumberbatch & Rebecca Hall. Since then, her design credits have included John Hurt’s last film, THAT GOOD NIGHT, the award-winning film SURGE with Ben Whishaw directed by Aneil Karia, and TV series such as LEGENDS starring Sean Bean, TIN STAR with Tim Roth and Christina Hendricks, David Farr’s HANNA and the gritty award winning crime drama TOP BOY created by Ronan Bennett with Ashley Walters, Kano & Micheal Ward for Netflix. 

She has also designed fantasy productions, such as MERLIN and the comedy feature based on Shakespeare, BILL. In addition, she designed costumes for the period drama LIGHTFIELDS – a series spanning the forties, seventies and present day.

Charlotte’s passion for Costume design started while studying at Cambridge where she designed for both Footlights and the ADC. After graduating, Charlotte worked at the costumiers Angels & Bermans. 

Charlotte has worked in France, Canada, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Portugal and The Czech Republic.
